By accessing or using the Velorix platform and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Velorix provides digital advertising technology, managed services, and related analytics tools. The scope of services provided to each client is defined in the relevant service agreement or insertion order.
You agree not to use our platform to promote illegal content, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable advertising standards. Velorix reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Campaigns may be paused for overdue balances. Disputed invoices must be raised within 14 days of receipt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velorix's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
